Managers can configure their profile from anywhere with an internet connection and can even configure data using their mobile devices. Data Access Features
Our Data Access portal is a mobile interface which provides authorized users access to their critical files and information on their office server or office Desktop. With any PC, users can place any files or information into a Mobile Files web portal, these Mobile files can then be accessed with a mobile device anytime anywhere. Users can also copy and move files to other office employees Moblie or Work files location. Files and information can also be moved or copied using a mobile device. The diagram on the right shows a typical use of the Data Access portal where a user has accessed files from their PC and moved them to the Mobile Files location. The Mobile files are now available via mobile phone or PDA for remote or "on the road" access. Advantages: The Data Access Portal ensure that critical data and information is available anytime and anywhere. Our Data Access portal eliminates the need for emailing large presentation files to multiple colleagues; the files can be simply placed in the Mobile Files portal for all authorized users.
