Program Description
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART) is a standardized and systematic process for rating federal program performance. These performance ratings are then used to help make budget decisions. PART can also help establish performance criteria for good government management and is used in annual performance plans and reports required by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA).
PART is a unique Federal program in that it requires all federal agencies to complete a series of standardized evaluations and scoring criteria. eSpherical.com and the Department of Interior recognized that a standardized program would be well-suited for a web application. The Management Information Tracking System was created to manage the PART program as well as other related programs.
eSpherical.com is the software developer for the PART tool. We design, deploy, and support this tool for the U. S. Department of the Interior and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
